I've seen numerous threads on these types with unclear information on the topic. Are these really all that different?

Green Ischia/Verte
Strawberry Verte/Strawberry
Ventura
Adriatic
Stella
Vasilika Sika
Conadria
Verdone

Edit: Thanks everyone. Finally found my answers.

Hi Ross,
The best way to know is to test them yourself at your location and side by side.
Small differences can make one of them better suited to your climate.
My neighbor has what I believe is "Stella" (she looks like) and I have "Dalmatie" (that is what the tag said) and my version ripens faster, and in Zone7 that is a huge difference.
The figs on his tree are not as numerous but bigger, but because of their size, they need more hot and dry weather to ripen perfectly...
So now, he is getting cardboard tasting figs ... here in Zone7 - if we were in Zone9 ...
