Which plant light is better

I was curious if anyone is using an LED plant light? and how they like it? 

Would you prefer LED or Florescent ?

I used T5HO lights, but LED would be better since you can use only the light spectrum you need for growth and fruiting.

I have used t5s for cuttings that I rooted. Just make sure you use the 6500 ones for growing.
Leds are more for fruiting "making buds".

LED's can be used for the growth phase also. MJ growers use these lights and change the spectrum to one on the red side to get their plants to bud.

Metal Halide grow lights also work wondering. But those are hot and need ventilation of cool air.
