White Fluffy Stuff on Scionwood

Here is that "white fluffy stuff"  as some call it explained in this thread.
" Primordia"

Here it is mentioned in this thread .

 
and online here explains it as well.
 
 
Here are a few pictures of mine, a few did eventually have roots come out of the ends of those primordia and some did not. These were in water.
Also there commonly seen when rooting in baggies , Smoss , etc.
 
 
To note some never developed to this size and roots emerged as well from the real small ones.
I will never be an expert but go by what i see in some things i mess around with.

Here is inverted picture of the first one. Here is the early start of roots in various places emerging from the primordia they come out kinda pointy at first.

The top of scion on far left shows it decent the little point root starting to emerge.
Some will turn brown and fall off by themselves when inspecting the scion.



Im glad i did not brush these off i would have lost some of the roots.

The white mold looks different like white hairy cottony stuff.

Its often said that roots form at the nodes which they do mostly but sometimes they will form in between nodes as seen in that picture and other pictures on this forum.
Long as its not mold i leave them alone and not brush anything off.
You just never know.  ; )
