Ok, came home and checked a few figs for ripeness. Today, it was time to pick a few White Italian. This tree is different from Italian Honey so don't even think it's the same tree. I have 6 Italian Honeys so I know they're not the same. These figs have a sweet rich flavor for a white fig. Definately a keeper. Scale of 1 to 10, 8.5.

Dennis, was this tree sold to you as an Italian honey? I have an IH from floridahill that has long lobes...not a proper IH..any pics of leaves?
