This is the second fruit for this year off my (2007) White Long fig
(the first was eaten by birds and/or ants). More are coming.
Had some last year too.
This fig came from Italy (via another forum member).
Taste was average (plus).
Before ripening, the figs are skinny (i.e., narrow) and
the skin is highly ribbed.
