Back in mid/late-February I ordered some Strawberry Verte cuttings from Jon and rooted two of them in March. One of two has had pretty vigorous growth and the other has been a little slower.
Here's the one that's grown the quickest and, with two "trunks" forming is more bushy:

But, when I looked at the slower-growing one today, I saw this:

Those are actually figs! In fact, the whole plant can't be much more than 6" tall and already has FIVE baby figs forming!

I'll likely end up removing them so the plant can focus on development, but I have some high hopes for good production out of this one based on its early start.
