Zingarella Figs Ripening

The Zingarella figs are starting to swell and ripen. Seems to be a very productive tree.  I'm not sure if these are an early main crop of a breba crop?  The large ones are on last years wood so I guess that answers my question but the main crop does not seem to be far behind.

looking good.  Please let us know when you get to eat them.

I've wanted this fig for 2 years, but missed my opportunity to acquire it several times, so I want to know if it's worth really looking for.

Put that quarter down and box up that tree for me!

It looks like the Richard Watts type of Zingarella which is the one I have.  Did you start it in a greenhouse?  It looks great.
