In mid-October in the Italian Dolomites, in the river valleys of this mountain range, the fig crop on many varieties was in full swing. Very late figs here, after several days of finding barren trees on the plains just to the south. These mountains created a unique micro-climate, perhaps? This is a huge green I found near the town of Trento - pear-shaped...
Can you Id this fig?

A wrong guess is better than no guess.
I say it closely resembles the Stella Fig.
