I have looked at Ken Love's tasting chart and I'm wondering what the story is with these. Are they really that great? And given the "Santa Cruz" name, I am assuming they might be seedlings originating there, and therefore adapted to a cooler climate so... Does anyone have either variety? How does the tree grow? Is it a producer? And so on. I've not found much information on the net about them.
