Those of you in Zone 8, what is your best tasting and most prolific white fig.

Still wondering.  I'm now out of school, and will have plenty of time to shop!

I'm in 8a, but don't yet have any real experience with white figs. Maybe in a couple of years! One of the local university extension gurus said conadria is good here, so I'm giving it a try (just a recently-rooted cutting, still in the bag) along with several others, all at about the same stage of growth.

Picked these today. They are an unknown, but sweet and very prolific. I would say that there is at least a bushel on each tree that are ripe now. And the main crop is going to be at least 4 or 5 times that. If anybody has an idea of what these are I would like to know.

TucsonKen,
I can never remember if I'm in 8A or B.  Edible Landscaping, our premier fig nursery in VA, recommends Conandria for around here.  It will probably be my next purchase when I make a pilgrimage to their nursery.

Winterville--are you in NC?  My sister-in-law lives in Winterville.

Winterville,
Any chance those are a couple of Jack's Quarter Pounders? Those are huge.

Winter, I think they look like either peters honey or Italian Honey fig.  Ire, either of those are good for your zone.  My personal favorite is latarola, which is similar to those 2 in certain ways.  However, I am in zone 7.

Are you able to post a photo of one of these figs cut in half so that we can see the color of the inside?

Here are some pics of the inside. Maybe Jon can narrow this down for us.
