This is a cutting of Kadota I started over 3 months ago. It formed roots and callus tissue on the top of the cutting - see well-formed donut-shaped callus and one root on the right. And then nothing ...till today - a very young shoot emerging from a bud below the surface on the left. :) Click on photo to enlarge.

Kadota loves the heat. It was very successful for me at our place in Lake Havasu, thriving in temps above 110 day after day after day. So pick a warm spot for it.
