I have noticed over the last couple of months, there have been postings by members who have been members for a while - 1,2,4 or more years who haven't posted much, and have decided to start posting recently.

Thank you!!!  It's so nice to see older members joining in to share their perspective and experience.  I notice how many views posts gets and see the number of people who actually write a post and there is a big discrepancy between them.

Anyway, I just think it's great more people are contributing to the conversations!
