While out riding the bikes in the forest logging roads today I made a harvest of pine needle compost, pine bark from the logging operation and some moss that I have used for rooting cuttings.

I'll mix the pine needle compost, sifted pine bark, a generous helping of dolomitic limestone and some purchased sheep manure and see what happens.

The dolomitic limestone resembles the grittyness of sand.

If you skip the ' generous helping of dolomitic limestone', the rest is good for blueberrries in pots (or in ground).
