Just picked this one a couple of nights ago, perhaps needed another day on the tree. Slightly tough skin, slight figgy flavor & seed crunch, maybe a hint of melon flavor (?) and not sweet. Not bad just not sugery sweet. I liked it. Sorry, I couldn't rotate the photo of the fig eye. Hey - I'm Italian: I'm use to too many vowels. This Krmk got no vowels. So, how do you pronounce it? I want to buy a vowel, please. __________________ Dale non compost mentis in Zone 6a

The figs are from a family that are Montenegro-Americans. They were originally from Montenegro on the Adriatic sea, but the figs are from their Italian-American neighbors in the Bronx, NYC. Its pronounced Kre-mik with the K sound of Kelloggs.
