Those look like little gems of deliciousness! And not overly sweet, huh? Very nice looks inside and outside, Marius. Once you mentioned that it is the same as Vale Negra. Do you still think so? I am asking because I rooted one Vale Negra this spring when Napolitana Negra failed a year earlier after rooting. __________________ Ottawan-Z5a, Canada

Yes,Vale Negra has same leaves and fruits.I do believe is the same cultivar. Bass,you' re right.This varietie is grown commercially everywhere in Spain.

I did have a young Valle Negra before (I think from good 'Peppino', of NY?). I lost it. It never fruited for me, but I do remember its 5-finger-like leaves... [I think that one other F4F (not recently posting) member that has VN is ItalianGirl (Maggie)] __________________ George, NJ_z7a.
