Coming near the end for this year. Frost is in the forecast, but if it no frost, I will be picking more. These are Beal, Sal's Corleone and Cucumber, that I picked yesterday.

Yep (the big freeze is upon us). Similar situation here -- I've got about 8 more figs tantalizingly close to picking (5 or 6 Aubique Petite, and 3 Verte). But not clear they'll quite finish ripening. Ah well. Your pics look very nice Barry! How do you like that cucumber fig? What is the flavor like? Mike

I'm with MichaelTucson. Is the cucumber the strain sold by Almost Eden, by
chance?

What, no cut open photo? I, too want to know what you thought of the cucumber.

Source for my Cucumber fig was Bill's Figs. I think perhaps he got his scion from Jon. It's a good fig, I stink at taste descriptions, sweet, figgy is the best I can do. Very productive tree. This one was one of the earliest to produce and obviously last too so a very long season. Sorry no cut open pics because these 3 went to a well deserving nurse.
