Wow, nice harvesting. I never liked Figs when I was a kid. The more I learn about Figs the more I want to have them. Benefits of Figs - Prevents cancer, Reduces cholesterol, Prevents high blood pressure and heart attack, Helps cure diabetes, Reduces fatigue, Improves brain memory, Prevents anemia, Helps in chronic constipation, Helps in preventing and curing acne, Helps get rid of sleep disorders.

Hi, How many trees do you have ? I need more land :) or more productive trees. Try the jam if you want . You can keep the jars for a year - well probably more, but not in my house.

Congratulations! That was about my whole harvest last year. This year I'm hoping for much better.

Looks like you need my recipe for fig tarte. But i usually have to use bought figs to make it..

Nice harvest! I would dry the ones that dry well and freeze as many as your freezer can hold so have lots to use all year round.

The wife freezes bags of figs -- mainly main crop ones. Makes good X'mas gifts or fig sauce. Best is to enjoy them as it is after thawing. Yeah, they make excellent smoothies. If the weather holds up, my main crop for this season would be huge, way bigger than the current breba crop.
