I have a young hardy Chicago that has dropped several figs in the last couple of days. These were figs that survived the recent intense rain spells and dropped in nice moist but not soaked soil and mostly dry and overcast conditions today. I have had some drop after dry spells but this seems odd to me. This is a young 2 yr old in ground tree.

I have a celeste that is dropping figs but it still has brebas and the main crop is getting ready to ripen. Crazy year with all this hot, humid and rainy weather. I have one tree that just popped a breba at the base of the tree. Crazy!
