About to make some balsamic fig jam for the neighbors and friends. This is the last of the frozen figs. Sounds weird but the balsamic complements the figs really well. Very simple just sugar, figs, balsamic vinegar, and a little lemon juice.

Sounds interesting, maybe some balsamic fig dressing would work on a toss salad.

I want to use on a sandwich with some arugula, fresh mozzarella, and prosciutto. I don't have any of the other ingredients around though so crackers it is.
