I have two cuttings that I've been routed since January. I'm seeing that low temperatures are going to be staying above freezing for the next 10 days. That means that my greenhouse can be kept above 50 at night with limited heating expense. I will probably have highs in the 90s and lows in the 50s. Will this be safe for my new plants? By the way, they look like they're suffering indoors.

In pa, we'd have to wait until July for those type of temperatures.

Troy, I just moved one of my MBVS cuttings that I potted into 1g yesterday into my GH. I am keeping it above 55 at night and it has been 90 during sunny days. After the first night, it still looks good. I figure my office where I was growing them is usually 64 degrees and would give it a shot in the GH with one of my extras.

I guess I'll try one at a time like you are doing. I'm worried they will die if I leave them indoors any longer. They have lost almost all of their leaves due to some bug infestation. I sprayed them down with an organic pesticide, but they are still looking sad. Thanks for the reply.

Be careful you harden them off or keep them out of the sun so you don't burn off the leaves moving them to the greenhouse.
Recently rooted cuttings are very delicate and easily shocked.
It is still March and remember what they say "in like lamb out like a lion".
I have seen March temps plummet to 0F you need to be ready for big weather variance possibilities.

Agreed pino! It was 0F here just last week. The heaters kept the greenhouse above 50F though... can't wait to see my electric bill!

I have a pool cover lining my greenhouse which helps and should help with hardening them off.... I hope.
