Dave, Are there any roots showing through the plastic cup? I am asking because I am getting very fast leaf growth without roots. However, all the cuttings do have roots now at varying degrees of growth. I believe it is the heat combined with the ambient lighting in the room. The last batch of cutting I planted directly into potting mix and kept in a dark place. Let us see how it comes out.

Dave, what brand coir are you using? The coir I have is not as chunky as yours. The one I have is "Nature's footprint" that I bought from Amazon.

Pretty little sprouts. They are so cute at that stage. :) At what stage does the variegation become more prominent?

Dave are you sure they're variegated? I would think that with that many cuttings going you'd see some kind of variegation going on. At least I do on mine when I start cuttings. There was a person selling cuttings on ebay that weren't variegated, I hope the buyers saw that the seller did say they AREN'T variegated.

Thanks everybody glad I didn't have to put my foot in my mouth :-)))) zeitguiest I do I use Clonex I don't know if it helps but I know it don't hurt Ginny I started them in cups that were 3 times bigger than a shot glass normally I would go right to a 1 gallon this time I went to a quart size I could see roots hitting the side of the container
