I came home from a 4 day business trip, and to my surprise, two ripe main Salem Dark figs were ready for picking. Very productive and reliable variety. These were larger than last year. Excellent flavor. A solid 8/10 in taste.

I think you'll be real pleased with it, Frank. I think I rank it just a tad higher than Marseilles Black VS.
