Well thanks matty ( Brooklynmatty) we are on our way on saving this tree. This is only one of the cuttings and is in a cup of coir on a heat mat. This tree is going to be added to my fig field this spring. As you can see nice big cutting. Here is a few pics. Unknown Sheepshead is looking great Richie! Already budding out...lets hope the roots grow soon :) FYI those who felt it was too similar to hardy chicago...I am guessing it will not be so close to HC -Tacoma violet-sals... Why? Because the nodes-buds on 2 different sources HC were large and visable. On the Sheepshead the nodes were very very small. Apologies on the attached cell pic. That's my only internet at the homestead.
