I ordered fig cuttings from vlad in russia in november. He gave me tracking number that i couldnt track the packet with it. Every time i ask him about the packet he always show me the tracker pictures in russian alphabet that surely i cant read.
last week he ask for my apoligize for bad performance of mail service and promise me to resend the cuttings . But its been a week and when i ask him for his promise he told me that he didnt say wote any specified date shipping . So i ask him to return my cash .
Any suggestion for it ?

Om Afriadoni, Vlad itu sedang mengusahakan mengirimkan kembali paket2 kiriman ke Indonesia....karena ada kendala teknis
 Dia sudah sejak bbrp mingguvterakhir inbox sama saya ttg masalah ini. Bukan cuma paket ke om Afriadoni saja koq.

Open a case on ebay as item not delivered It will take cash from his ebay account and give it to you in 3 days if seller does not resolve the issue. Ebay is all about the buyer. It will work 100% in your favor

 If ebay says you filed too late, Paypals protection policy will still apply for a full refund. Even if the money is returned, file a complaint against the seller.

As i known, Vlad is a good seller...on my experience shipping from Rusia to Indonesia need more time than shipping from USA and Spain. In last several days, Vlad told me about some packages to Indonesia have problem in shipment. And on the same time some friends (figs lovers from Indonesia, except Afriadoni) asked me about Vlad. I told them that Vlad will re-send all the packages to them..just be patient for little more time. :)
To Afriadoni: Vlad will re send your package. Be patient!
(sabar lah om, bukan cuma om aja koq yang barangnya terlambat! Namanya musibah. Vlad jg ga pengen hal ini terjadi. Kiriman ke Malaysia,thailand dan negara lainnya lancar koq.)

To my experience, Vlad is a good seller . But he does not speak English . Everything has to go through an interpreter .
I bought some cuttings from him and I have received them promptly . The cuttings are very healthy 
I am looking forward to buy more from him .

Om nico , saya sudah konfirmasi beberapa kali sama vlad ttg masalah ini .
Slama 3 bulan udah nunggu. Gak ada kepastian . Pas terakgir saya konfirmasi dia jawab gak enak bhwa dia gak bisa janji ngirim paketnya kapan .
Saya kepancing ma dia ujung ujungnya dia mau bawa bawa dokumen ke paypal.
Salahkah saya bawa masalah ini ke forum?
Baru skali ini saya transaksi dengan dia. Gak pernah tuh ada transaksi begini ma seller2 sebwlumnya. Masalah konfirmasi ma om , ya saya gak tau kalo emang vlad temennya om kita juga jarang kontak kan di fb.

Vlad is a honorable guy for sure.
He struggles with english as born in the soviet union.
A friend of mine received lots of varieties from him this winter.
They were in exelent condition.
I only can repeat Vlad is a man of honor!
