Violette de Sollies, Dan_la's Black Beauty 10, Craven's Craving, Most important: YOUR FAVORITE FIG. A lot of people put emphasis on popular/exotic cultivars, which is great because it highlights some of the better fig varieties; however, I am most interested in the figs our members love regardless of pedigree.
Currently Growing: a bunch of varieties.

Thank you for the compliments..yes it's worth the wait indeed. Taste very sweet and delicious. It was from the cutting and at the very beginning the growth was very very slow. The tree now is over 5ft tall. I'll upload the picture later.

The way the flesh separates from the skin makes me want to swoop it up with a spoon and slurp it like an oyster. Anyone else thinking the same idea?

Beautiful Tree and Congrats, Beautiful Fruit, but I think it needs Pinching to bring out some branching....: )

Nice!  Great pictures, too.  They're making me hungry.  I also agree about the pinching to get it to branch.

Yeah..I do fully agree about the pinching or rather chopping off top part of the tree and branches to make it more bushy
but I'm too scared when comes to BM due its slow growth. Most of my plants I did the pinching while they were still small
here is one of them and of course a different variety.. :)

Why not air Layer? You get a backup tree and it serves the same purpose as pinching.

Thanks for the suggestion Dan.
In fact I have that in mind too but I thought doing it on the branches would better off rather than main stem.
Guess have to wait till all the fruits ripen then I'll do a few air layering as backup.
