I just wanted to share about this book with the forum - my son and his new bride got this for me for my birthday recently and I am excited to test out some of the wonderful sounding recipes. There are over 70 recipes for various main dishes, flatbread pizza type creations, desserts, salads, ice cream and more. With my figs just starting to ripen this week, I hope to have enough soon to use in these recipes. I have seen a lot of recipes posted over the time of my fig interest but had not seen this book mentioned.

This gives me any idea. My wife uses an electronic cookbook program. I think that I'll get her to show me how to use it, and then I will start another thread asking for everyone's fig recipes. The idea is that I will collect them, upload the e-cookbook to Google docs or something, and then put links to download the collected recipes in various formats for these cookbook programs. CliffH
