Hi guys.
So I would kindly ask you for advice, what to do?
Trees grows by itself, nobody prune it or be specialy interested in it.
But figs taste great!
I think to make 40 or 50 airlayers and start small orchard.
What do you think?

If the figs taste great then why not take a bunch of air layers. Did you look for any suckers with roots that you could separate from the tree.

This tree looks very happy where it is,where did you find it?,is it on your property? I can't see where you are from your profile.If it really is that good maybe you need to share it with others as well ;),I think you could take lots of air layers from this and make an orchard if you want,do you have a market for selling the fruit fresh or dried?

@ Grega With the fig in close proximity to a house or other structure and apparently of enough interest to someone that they attached what appears to be in the picture limb supports, I would urge caution in just going in and starting any air layers. If you have done your homework and seeked out the trees owners and / or caregiver and gotten permission then by all means have at it. The figs appear to be very healthy and of a large size. In the interest of completeness and full disclosure, could you provide some fig leaf and fruit close ups; especially of the fig interiors? Perhaps some of our forum fig experts could help to identify variety. The fruit seems to exhibit splitting, do you know if recent weather patterns might account for this or is the fig of a a variety that exhibits this characteristic. I am not able to determine from the pictures or your description where this tree is located (the coke bottle is no indicator); are you US based or overseas?

Best of luck with this effort if it proves to be something you can progress with.

Figs look nice but it looks like they have  a tendency to split?  Obviously someone likes the figs or it wouldn't have been allowed to grow this big.

Tree looks like it needs a good pruning.  

When tree goes dormant do a standard pruning (remove any dead branches, suckers and vertically growing branches, any branches crisscrossing) shape the tree to your liking and given the location.

You will end up with a ton of branches that you can make cuttings for propagation. 
By all means also do some layers and replant any suckers from the base as well.

I agree with a lot of others observations. If it is not yours leave it alone unless you have permission from the owner, preferably written and signed permission.

Their very similar to my #2 I call Pellegrino they also will split if not taken care of has can see in pictures I used a hammock to support weight, mine is against brick wall under overhang to protect from too much rain, they are HUGE..... (Like Trump would say) my biggest last year was 212 gm ,fast producer

I agree with  kingoceanos.
if it is not yours, as long as the owner is ok to give you some cuttings, you may plant your own.

nice size. looks good. i guess it is perfect for dried figs.
I learned from some video: if you want to reduce splitting, you need to control water/rain.  They use some plastic/tarp to cover the nearby ground to the roots.

Thanks to all of you for answers.
So, fig tree is on my/my parents property. Im from slovenia. Where we have continental climate zone.
Actually when a couple of years ago my father bring small fig tree all people talk that there is no chance for them. And look it now. :)
Actualy a tree become a small attraction and people start to came to look.
Slovenia is near of croatia and there are some ochards, but there is mediteranian climate zone.
Last year I was on holliday there and people didnt believe that so big and tasty figs can grow at my home. So I start to think that maybe I have something for new hoby.

At march I made couple of airlayers (see picture). Branches didnt works well.

Hi,
Looks like a Dalmatie variant. Some variants have huge fruits and tend to split . Especially on the brebas. I had a neighbor that removed such a figtree because all the crop did split ... But man, the figs were huge, but apparently he was pissed about the splitting.
Too late for me to ask for cuttings ...
I would choose a Dalmatie with smaller fruits to help with the splitting.
Well, you know the tree better, and if the fruits are good, just go for it !
