I think that would be an all-day job for sure. There would be enough cuttings at the end of the process that you could plant a 5-acre orchard, too. |

Reminds me of some of the fig trees in my town in Madeira Island. Some People dont believe in pruning their trees. |

To keep unpruned a fig tree is a must to get this branch system, but I know a lot of old never-pruned fig trees and they haven't those branches. |

It is also possible that this is a seedling fig tree. Trees grown from seeds tend to be more vigorous some times. |

In that orchard there were several apparently younger fig trees very similar in shape and branch system, for sure they were clones. |
