I ordered these cuttings 8-21-09 so this is the third year for this fig tree.  I have had a couple of root bound fig trees produce figs this year before an identical variety in a larger pot.  I have another Barnissotte in a larger pot with green figs on it.  I don't like the mottled green and brown color but it was a good tasting fig.  I reminded me of the large dark Hardy Chicago I had this year that I thought was an unknown but think is probably Hardy Chicago.

UCD Barnisotte has always seems slightly different than the commercially grown Burjosotte Noire/Violette De Sollies fig in pics...
