Here's some photos I took this morning of my cuttings. I am so tickled they did as well as they have, me being a newbie, of course, I lost several cuttings. Some of these cuttings were gave to me and some I bought...I haven't rode my Motorcycle in a while (fooling with these cuttings) I swear, I really think fooling with figs, has got to be close to being  a "Crackhead" except Figs are not Dope.... thank God! Thought y'all might want to see my cuttings so far, I started some of them in Early Fall, they stayed under growing Lights for 24-7 until mid April..

Thanks to everyone here who has helped me out with cuttings and advice. I sure have learned a lot in a short time and have a lot more to learn. Thanks to everyone here,this is an Outstanding group of people..: )

Rooted them in  plastic shoe boxes with moist Sphagnum Moss. :)

For those with more knowledge than me - that is mostly everyone here :) - you would not normally plan to let this size new trees bear figs this year(well, maybe one for a taste), would you???

And what is next? plant them all some place? sell them? Start all over again in the fall?

They look fantastic. Like you, I've been bitten by the fig bug. Actually, I'm a sucker for just about any edible plants, especially fruits. I just moved a bunch outside and have several still on my grow shelves that will get moved out last week. What a great hobby (and great bunch of fellow fanatics) we found! I'll try to upload some pictures next week after I get them all situated.

Hey Joe.....I am guessing, but probably  will be around maybe 70 - 75%  when I get to pot them, in 1 gal. pots. Seems I would have some that rooted beautifully in the moss only to lose them when transplanting them  in the small cups? This is the cuttings that rooted, I guess it's just a Gambling game, at least for me :)

Looking good Frank, I think you have the natural humidity to help..????   Over here a mini heatwave 102 degrees no humidity. Keep us updated. Will put you down for later trading..LOL

I have pulled a lot of small Figs off these plants, may leave a few to nibble on ;)
