Cyprus is a short boat ride from Lebanon and Turkey, it's in a perfect location for figs. I found a Cypriot fig in NJ with green and purplish blush, I hope the cutting makes it through. |

Thanks Harvey, when I am rooting the cuttings, with this top covered method that I have been talking about,Easy Rooting!, I water just once (the initial watering) and don't water until I lift the top cover containers off. Then I am very careful not to let the soil dry on me because all the roots , at that time, are between the soil and container wall. And remember, I root them in sunny outdoors with a little shade over their heads. |
