Nice Vito! I am very happy for you. Those look like some real tasty figs. Do you have any photos describing the names of the varieties on your platter?

Leon,
They are basically the same as these pictured below.  My other trees are loaded with figs that are not ripening.  They are dropping their leaves and beginning to go dormant.

Vito, seriously, what is your secret? I am running out of figs here, maybe 2 plants have figs still ripening, and you have overflowing platters. Not fair!

Vito, I have not tried it yet but you have enough figs to make the unripe fig jam recipe. Bass has one on his site that seems pretty simple.

Rafael, the secret is the beautiful Saratoga air; you must leave Queens!
Vito

@ Leon I was thinking the same thing today.

Vito,
Thanks for sharing the Pictures and info.
My sentiment is the same as Armando's "One day"

BTW, when do you start your fig shuffle? Thanks.

Pete I start the shuffle when the temperature reaches about 50 degrees. Vito

This is the same expression I have with half those figs on a plate, my friend.  I hope you're blessed with more figs and happiness, Vito.

Vito,
Zone 4, wow must be very cold?
You are doing an amazing job raising those beauties.
What a fine example of Symbiotic relationship :)
