Can cuttings from actively growing trees be rooted? I've read various things including that they should be refrigerated for about month so they "harden off". |

Yes, the summer cuttings root just fine. If they are green, you may need to provide extra humidity but shouldn't be a problem in general. |

Thanks Greenfig. I also found a YouTube by Ray Givens; he was demonstrating a summer cutting method which I essentially copied. |
