What is the reason that my potted plants have dried leaves and white and brown blemishes?
I live in Greece in an area that is very easy for figs to grow and i began these trees by cuttings from nearby trees.

Hi lydios!  Yes, a photo would be very helpful.  

Those spots look like sunburn to me. If you had the tree indoors or in shade, then put it out into the sun the leaves get burned. Give it some fertilizer and wait, the next leaves should be ok after it gets used to full sun.

I can't say for certain. Can only guess: Too much water?
Bad (compacted) soil?
Try picking off the leaves, clip the tips and keep in the shade.
What do the roots look like? Water only from the bottom tray.

Υep guys so it is better to put in shade right? We had too much sun.I water the tray everyday and the pots that are in individual pots without trays i water them like once in 2 days.

Your questions are clear. At least one of the plants looks
just fine. I'd snap off the worst of the dried leaves as they won't recover.
Disinfect pruners between cuts. Keep in shade as the potentially harmful sunnier
months are still ahead. If kept in sun then shade the pots so the roots don't bake.
Looks like you have enough plants to try different methods. 

The white spots look like sunburn to me. I had a few on my leaves, looking just like that. But I would like you to make sure by checking out on new leaves growth and carefully inspecting how the white spot appears. There should have been a gradual change before and after it appears. 

I agree on sunburn, plus maybe the plant dried out.  The pots are smallish, so too little water is much more likely that too much, provided the pots have drainage holes.

I disagree re shade.  I think that a well rooted and well watered fig should be able to tolerate any amount of sun.  I'd try a bigger pot, maybe a SIP to ensure a steadier supply of water, and continued regular watering.

I'd also leave the old leaves, unless you can't stand the look.  More is better, leaf-wise.

The last pic looks like sunburn, but I have never seen sunburn as tiny spots like the first pics. It does look like the spots I caused when spreading some fertilizer granules on a strawberry bed and accidentally got some on a few potted fig leaves. Small brown spots turning to a bleached white after a few days was the result where the fertilizer burned them. Who knows?

That would be interesting......I have not seen it here but who know as birds are different all around plus what they are feeding on would be different.
