The most salient example is Black Madeira. I have around 20 Black Madeira mother plants that range from 1-4 feet tall, and I need to produce around 150 small well-rooted Black Madeiras to ship. If I get an average of 7 cuttings per mother plant and root them all, I would have about the right amount. But whereas my success rate rooting the vast majority of varieties is around 90%, Black Madeira is more like 50%. That means that I might just get around 70 new Black Madeira plants to survive the rooting process out of the 140 cuttings. But while the slower propagation rate is disappointing, it certainly isn't the end of the world! The total number of Black Madeiras is still growing exponentially, and down the road a little bit when I prune those 90 Black Madeiras (the 20 existing mothers plus the 70 new ones) and get perhaps 500-600 cuttings, that poor propagation rate should still yield 200-300 new Black Madeira trees. So there should be more than enough Black Madeiras to go around soon, it'll just take another rooting cycle. Even in a worst case scenario in which it requires 2 more rooting cycles, I would still be able to finish them this winter and get them shipped out as soon as weather permits, since I'll be growing in heated greenhouses all fall and winter.

If you have a chance to get any of those varieties at a good price from another trusted source, I would urge you to do so. All of those varieties are worth having more than one of, so if you can get a good deal on any of them, I'd jump on it.
The first quote is from 9/6/16, the second quote is from 1-20-17.
What happened here James?
Why they will not be ready? In one year you haven't produced 150 small BM trees when you told us by winter 2016 you will have 200 to 300 BM trees with your poor propagation technique?
Four months ago James was telling us that BM and the other slow grower varieties will be ready in the winter. Now at the end on January, he´s telling us that those trees will not be ready for spring shipping, that maybe will be ready for late summer???. This symbol ??? Means that he's not sure, most probably late summer will change to fall 2017 and then on fall he will say that temperatures are too cold to ship and people need to wait until spring of 2018. Best case scenario, you will deliver in spring the common varieties which are 1/3 of the orders according to James, and the other 2/3 will get delayed until very late 2017 or Spring 2018. Only a few of your cheerleaders will get some of the slow growing varieties in Spring 2017.
Above all those things James, you have the nerve to start the sale of cuttings, when you know that you need those cuttings to finish your project. You also didn't ship those cuttings... you just took their money... that's sick. How you can sell BM, PT,FP, MB cuttings when you need them to finish your project? Just explain that! Your way of doing business doesn't make any sense. You seem like a person who's using a Visa to pay his Master Card.
James, are you a liar? Just look at those two quotes. You should be ashamed of yourself. I'm glad that Willis didn't allowed you to promote your sale on his site, maybe his not the best person, but in this particular case he did the right thing protecting he's users from a guy like you. I know that all of your cheerleaders will atack me, but I don't care. I think you're a fraud!
