I love figs and, to have one more variety to taste would be wonderful. I am blessed beyond measure...but if anyone has any on my list, I would be happy to pay for them.

These three following seem to need the wasp as the figs have all dropped 2 years running (although I have gotten a couple late figs on the PdB this season, they have not been completely developed and poor taste - some reports are that there are various strains, this is from UCD and appears to require wasp) . I am chopping up my plants and sending out the parts to people in wasp land :

I thought I have heard all the fig varieties names by now !!!?!!

lol I'm pretty much content on figs but there are about 12 more total I'd like to find counting these 6. I know you remember Livano & Markopoulo from some of the older threads. I still check out the form from time to time even though I don't post much anymore. Colonel Littman's Black Cross looks promising, another fig friend shared a few photos of it and said it was a great fig but these are still my top picks.

I'm in 9B in Northern CA with a long, hot summer. I promise to completely spoil and dote on any fig you send. I am new-ish with only 5 small trees, but I will definitely offer air layers here once my babies are big enough. I feel so honored to be part of this fig community & I cannot wait to be a productive member of this fig society by helping other newbies out.

I will happily pay for cuttings or air layers or plants and/or shipping.

I can also pick up in Northern CA if within 45 minutes or so of Chico, Sacramento, Grass Valley or anywhere in-between these cities.
