beautiful.... Don't give up on the other 2... just need some extra heat over a couple of weeks and you should be able to get that down in VA.... I am in the same boat and have BM's swelling like mad the last few days.... They may not taste like a perfectly ripe BM when done but they won't taste like a brown turkey either... (don't mean to malign Brown Turkey's anywhere)...
