Bouhouli in it !

Actualy ripening in Tunisia, for me the best figs of the season , very good strong flav bloggif_597d143123750.jpeg  bloggif_597d14ac02f14.jpeg  bloggif_597d14ea16a1a.jpeg  or , juicy .. Seem to have Bouhouli variety in it.  Jamel.

These are very nice figs .. they look delicious .  Are they brebas or main crop ?

What do you mean by saying...   'Seem to have Bouhouli variety in it.'

Thank's all, Francisco these are from a main crop, the problem is that there are lots of wild >Fig trees here , and the varieties are badly labeled, a big work to do here in Tunisia, i mean that they look a little like Bouhoulis but it's not the Bouhouli variety.. But surely as delicious..

That is a nice problem to have, I think.... the benefits of the wasp..., caprification of figs plus lots of wild fig trees to examine for edibility and taste... They really are the gift that keeps on giving....
