i waited a long time to taste this one from my small tree... great taste and flavor even though it was not ripe enough yet but i only had this one and i didnt want the wild life to have it before i did. one of very few that i have without a deep red interior sorry for the bad pictures. __________________ andreas-patras Patra Peloponnisos Greece zone..9a

the name is boukitsa kefalonias kefalonia is an island and boukitsa is just the word for ( bite size ) in greek... its about the size of R D B fig its rare because greeks like larger figs LOL ;-)) __________________ andreas-patras Patra Peloponnisos Greece zone..9a

it has a great taste but peloponnisiaka aspra is the best (light color skin) greek fig. it ranks above vasilika green or melissi IMHO. __________________ andreas-patras Patra Peloponnisos Greece zone..9a
