Breba type fig

Are there any fig types that ONLY produce brebas?
There is this huge fig tree in my neighborhood that will sprout late april, depending weather, which is virtually insensitive to late frost (minus 5C with leaves broken out) and which develops very large figs in just 5 to 6 weeks.
They need until at least august to ripen and only when it's a warm and sunny after season, they all come to maturity, but there are no figs on the new wood.
I spoke to the owner and the old lady doesn't know the name either.

Yes, there are.
And there are varieties that produce maincrop only.

Any idea where I can find descriptions?
