First fig of the season. I'm sure they get bigger but this was an excellent tasting rich fig. Many thanks to Aaron for this gift!

Sas, you may be right. There are a number of other figs that kinda resemble this one, ie, Kathleen's Black, Noire de Caromb, Albacor Communa, De la Reina, and more.

I actually have this one too. It has one fig ripening now

I have one as well. Growing nicely but no figs this year.

Hmm, there is a resemblance to Noire de Caromb.
