I live on the Central Coast of California. (Zone 8) The weather is cool, sunny and dry from April to December. Some warm days in between. Rarely over 90. The winters are cool and fairly wet. I was thinking of getting an LSU Gold to grow in a container. Does anyone have any experience growing these outside the Southeast? Do they need high humidity and heat or would it do well here? I was also considering a Lattarula, Janice Seedless Kadota or Excel. Anybody have any suggestions based on my climate? I already have a White Genoa that seems to do well.
Thanks!
