Some Costco locations are closing out large containers, about 30 gallons in size, they are 22-25" in diameter. Most locations have 3 different types of containers discounted to $ 9.97, usually priced from 17.99-24.99 These are high quality, double walled plastic containers. Can't buy black nursery pots this size for this price. Go scoop them up, your fig trees and significant other will thank you.

Hi Hungryjack
I've looked at these a couple times. They look nice nicer than a nursery pot however do you think the double wall will last?
The individual plastic layers did not seem as thick as say a Gro Pro 20 gal.
They have closed bottoms so also so I was considering these for SIPs

I have a bunch of double wall decorative containers I purchased from Lowes on closeout 6 years ago, same type of construction, solid bottom as well, I see no signs of deterioration yet, and they get abused a bit when moved around. Drilled some holes for my use. The whiskey barrel version they sell is single wall, have no experience with that style pot, does not look as durable as double walled ones.

Whiskey barrels? I always thought those were wine barrel imitations! ;)

Born as wine barrels, matured to become whiskey barrels then retired for garden use :-) Distillers mainly source their barrels from desert or fortified wine producers, like sherry or port.
