Saw this little fellow on my brown turkey. Haven't squished it as I thought it might be a good guy, because I only found the one and pests are often multiple, also it moved quite quickly and pests tend to be slow moving.

I have seen lacewings in my greenhouse.
Glad I didn't sqish it now. I almost wish I'd left a few more unsqiuhed scale insects on my brown turkey for it to munch on.
