Cuttings- Rootings Progress and Questions

I have 3 fig cuttings roughly 20inches each I received from a  friend that traces back to a Palestinian village. I put them in a plastic water jug, and placed them by a window seal in the bathroom, occasionally had plastic bags over them. They're starting to root, pretty good. One of them though is rooting from the part that wasn't in the water jug, it seemed the humidity from the bag got it to air layer. I am wondering if i should change anything up, cut them up since its rooting from different parts of the cutting to have more cuttings. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Below are the pictures.

if i were you, i will continue to root in water, while using a plastic bag to fill soil+a little fertilizer/making a soil ball to host the roots to grow.
the roots will get nutrients from soil and grow better for the stem. once when you have roots at the very bottom, you may make another root/soil ball to feed the base.
when you find both soil balls are filled with strong roots, you may cut into 2 and grow into 2 plants.

the cuttings look fresh and very healthy. you can't fail!
