Dam raccoons

wishful thinking Frank I thought I had a system down pat last night I stood at my back door 4:30 in the morning watching 3 of them try to pull the can of cat food through the bars of the have a heart they eventually got frustrated and left the sleep deprivation is really starting to take a toll on me I'm starting feel like Bill Murray in Caddyshack

Lots of luck. I read a suggestion in this forum about protecting figs from birds and insects with small net bags, so I bought some, and the raccoons learned how to untie the pages and then showed the opossums how to do it. I am now using an inflatable snake from tractor supply.
