These three varieties (Bari, Red Lebanese (Bekaa), and St. Rita) have been excellent figs these past few weeks. They share many characteristics but are not the same variety. All three are productive early/mid-season figs with a jammy berry taste. However, each has their own subtle flavor tones which make them unique. Each is growing in SIPs but next year I will try planting them in the ground and will compare how they do there.
