Hi folks. So I'm having two problem with my figs. I'm wondering if anyone can give me some guidance on what these problems are and what I can do about them. Thanks alot.

First problem: Something is causing the portions of my fig leaves to skeletonize. The ends of them look like lace. Any idea? These figs are planted outdoors, btw. 

 

Second problem: I'm seeing a brown discoloration in between the lobes of the leaves. Anyone seen this problem with their fig trees? These are kept in a greenhouse and watered daily at the base in order to minimize the prevalence of leaf rust.
      

Almost looks like sunburn to me.
