Ms. Menniti is from New Castle. I wonder if she is Calabrese or Abbruzese. Lots of both. I wonder if by tradition or climate they grew different figs. Calabria goes pretty far south.

Mary Menniti is from New Castle. Her parents still live there. She lives in Pittsburgh now.
