Way to early to tell. Wait till fig swells and take pics. Here is some more information (see source) Here are the pictures of the fig. This is the smaller one after ripening. Its diameter was about 35mm. The larger one was damaged as it burst open after ripening on the plant itself. __________________ Location: USDA Zone 9b / Sunset 13. The original poster does think it is F. carica and bought it from a nursery. This may not help, but here is another comment: Maybe this variety is only cultivated in India and hasn't been that well documented. Most nurseries here sell this variety and simply call it anjeer(fig). __________________ Location: USDA Zone 9b / Sunset 13.
